I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with a special interest in relationships—how we connect with others and the patterns that can sometimes get in the way. I work with both individuals and couples, providing support tailored to your unique situation.
I offer a non-judgemental, confidential space, no matter what you bring to the session. This helps build a trustworthy therapeutic relationship, where you can feel supported and free to explore whatever is troubling you. Together, we will work to identify and strengthen your own resources and resilience, enabling you to cope with current challenges and prepare for future ones.
I have experience supporting individuals and couples facing a wide range of difficulties, including low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, loneliness, isolation, depression, bereavement, fertility challenges, and relationship difficulties. This list is not exhaustive—if you are struggling in a different area, we can still work together.
The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing people grow in confidence, develop coping strategies, and feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Supporting someone in finding their strength and moving forward is a privilege.
No two people are the same, and no two sessions are the same. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to the success of therapy. Together, we will explore the root of your difficulties and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
I am a registered and accredited member of leading professional organisations:
British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)
British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA)
British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF)
Advanced Integrative Therapy UK & Europe (AIT Europe UK)
These registrations and accreditations reflect my commitment to the highest standards of ethical practice. I adhere to a strict professional code and maintain ongoing professional development to ensure safety and trust in my practice.
My training included postgraduate study in psychoanalytic theory relating to individuals and couples and placements with counselling services over several years. I have worked in schools, children’s counselling services, bereavement charities, and fertility clinics, as well as in clinical settings supporting complex emotional and relational challenges.
