I work with individuals and couples dealing with aspects of grief and loss. This is something we have all experienced in one form or another. It may be grief from the death of someone close, a relationship or friendship breakdown. We can feel grief about the end of a job, health issues, something that didn’t happen the way it was supposed to, or the transition from one stage of life to another.
